1. Enrollment & Eligibility
- To enroll in any course, students must provide accurate and complete personal information.
- Admission to any course is at the sole discretion of the Digital Pioneer management.
- We reserve the right to refuse service or enrollment to anyone for any reason at any time.
2. Fee Policy
- Payment: All course fees must be paid in full or according to the agreed installment plan before the start of the course.
- Refunds: Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable to another person or another course, except under special circumstances approved by the management.
- Late Payment: Failure to pay installments on time may result in temporary suspension from classes.
3. Course Content & Intellectual Property
- All materials provided during the course (videos, PDFs, notes, software) are the intellectual property of Digital Pioneer.
- Students are strictly prohibited from recording lectures, sharing course materials, or reselling any content provided by the institute.
- Any violation of this will lead to immediate termination of enrollment and potential legal action.
4. Attendance & Conduct
- Students are expected to maintain at least 80% attendance to qualify for the course completion certificate.
- Any form of misconduct, harassment, or disruption in the physical or online classroom will result in immediate expulsion without a refund.
- The use of institute resources (Internet, Lab PCs) is strictly for educational purposes related to the course.
5. Certification
- Certificates will only be awarded to students who successfully complete the required assignments, projects, and final assessments.
- Digital Pioneer reserves the right to withhold certification if a student fails to meet the academic or financial requirements.
6. Limitation of Liability
- While we strive to provide the best industry training, Digital Pioneer is not liable for any personal financial losses incurred by students while practicing Trading or E-commerce strategies.
- The institute is not responsible for any technical issues related to third-party platforms (e.g., Shopify, Meta Ads, TradingView).
7. Changes to Terms
- Digital Pioneer reserves the right to modify these terms, course modules, or class timings at any time. Students will be notified of any significant changes via the registered contact methods.
8. Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore.
